Bookings are not confirmed until a 30% deposit is received and correct and full credit/master card details are received. Remainder of balance is to be paid 3 days prior to arrival or on the time of check in.
Cancellation policy
Count from your check in date:
· If more than 7 days notice is given, deposit will not be refunded.
· If less than 7 days notice, a 50% charge against your credit/master card will be made.
· If less than 48 hours notice, full payment will be charged to your credit/master card.
· If we can re-let the accommodation, a $30 service charge only will be made.
· No shows will be charged in full.

As soon as you turn into Fullers Road from the Pacific
High HWY (There is a huge Toyota car dealer sign board in this corner, which is doing construction currently), you
keep go down about 300 meters, you can see a grey white colour brick fence on
your left hand side, which is easier sign than you search our number. This is Chatswood Inn. Our property colour is light green. |
